All candidates applying for admission must have passed the F.Sc (Pre-Medical) examination from intermediate and secondary education board in Pakistan in 1st Division with at least 60% unadjusted marks

She must have cleared an examination of Foreign University, which in scope and standard is found equivalent to the F.Sc. (pre-medical) examination of Pakistan subject to the following:
The examination is recognized as equivalent by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), House No. 342, St. 97, G-9/4, Islamabad. It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to clear their cases through the IBCC ; Islamabad. The equivalence certificate must be produced at the time of final selection.
The candidate must have obtained marks equivalent to unadjusted 60% according to the formula laid down by the IBCC, Islamabad. The equivalence certificate of such candidate will not be accepted if she has not studied and passed the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in her 11th and 12th Grade/A level or other equivalent examination recognized by the IBCC.
Converted/marks certificate by the IBCC will not be accepted by itself for merit/admission until confirmed independently by the Women Medical College Abbottabad Admission Committee. For this purpose, the admission committee will set up a marks conversion committee which will assess and reconfirm the conversion of marks (in percentage of total marks of recognized Pakistani Intermediate Boards) according to the weightages fixed by the IBCC for different examinations. Only the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be considered for the marks conversion purpose. The other subjects which are not taught in Pakistan (F.Sc Pre-Medical) will not be entertained for this purpose.
The selection of candidates shall be made by selection committee of Women Medical College Abbottabad
The Principal can remove a student from the college roll at any time during the course of her study if incorrect or wrong data had been submitted by such a candidate/parent/guardian at the time of admission. No show cause notice will be necessary for any action under this rule, nor would the principal or any other authority be liable for damages for any action taken under this rule. Any cost of litigation accrued by the admission committee/college on account of law where the fault of the candidate is proved shall have to be paid by the candidate or her parent/guardian.

All admissions will close automatically within 2 months (60 days) from the start of the academic session. No admission will be made beyond this date except from the waiting list.
The candidates shall have to keep herself informed of the prescribed date of admission. A candidate who fails to report for admission or report for admission after the prescribed date shall be considered to have forfeited her chance of admission and next candidates from the waiting list will be admitted accordingly. It shall not be a valid reason that the information given by the Women Medical College Abbottabad was not received on time or was not sent through a reliable means of post/electronic mail delivery.
No candidate will be considered to have been admitted unless she has paid the college fee and other dues. The dues must be cleared on admission unless otherwise relaxed by the Executive Director for a valid reason. Failing this, the admission offered shall stand rejected.
Admission fee and other dues will not be refunded and additional financial penalty will also be imposed on those students whose admission has been cancelled due to her fabricated documents or rusticated/expelled/removed from the college roll for any reason
In case any student discontinues her studies due to any personal reason will not be refunded fee/dues already deposited.
A candidate who is admitted to the first year MBBS class of the Women Medical College Abbottabad but continuously absents herself from the beginning of the academic session for a period of four weeks without any genuine reason shall be struck off the college roll and her seat will be filled by the admission committee on the basis of merit provided that she did not inform the principal regarding the grounds on which she absented herself. The decision to accept or reject such a plea in advance by the candidate will be made by the Executive Director whose decision shall be final.
The admission committee shall have the discretion to refuse admission to any candidate who in its opinion may not be able to pursue medical studies on account of medical impediments or criminal record of an applicant.
The Medical Board of the Women Medical College will examine selected candidates. A candidate disqualified medically shall not be admitted.
