Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Teaching Hospital is attached to the Women Medical College under a Public Private Partnership Agreement. Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Teaching Hospital (Ex DHQ Hospital) remaind as the oldest teaching hospital which was used by Ayub Medical College for teaching purposes for more than 20 years. It has been inspected many times by the Inspection teams of PM&DC and fulfills all the accreditation teaching criteria of a teaching hospital required for training of MBBS students. The number of patients required for training and teaching purposes are adequate and so is the staff. The hospital provide more than 500 beds as in-patient capacity and number of OPD’s to cater for hundreds of patients visiting this tertiary hospital everyday. |
